Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) is an instant computing infrastructure, provisioned and managed over the internet. IaaS quickly scales up and down with demand, letting you pay only for what you use. It helps you avoid the capital expense and complexity of buying and managing your own physical servers and other datacenter infrastructure.
Each resource is offered as a separate service component, and you only need to rent a particular one for as long as you need it. In addition to virtual servers, some vendors also offer physical servers as options within their IaaS.
This is often needed for applications and databases that are more resource intensive or legacy applications that do not run well on virtual servers.
The Cloud Infrastructure is a Cloud Computing Model thathas two models.
The 1st model is the Deployment Model that consists of 3 type of cloud models - Private Cloud - Public Cloud - Hybrid Cloud.
The 2nd model is the Service Model that consists of types of platforms - IaaS- DRaaS - UCaaS - DaaS - ITaaS -PaaS- SaaS
Private Cloud infrastructure is exclusively operated by a single organization. It can be managed by the organization or third party and my exist on-premises or off-premises.
Hybrid Cloud - IaaS

Cloud Services is any service made available to users on demand via the Internet from a cloud computing providers servers as opposed to being provided from a company’s own on-premises. Hosted Services, would have their teams ready for a quick setup and testing of the development and production environments, bringing new applications to market faster. Hosted Services makes it quick and economical to scale up and down test environments. Website hosting and running websites using Hosted Services can be less expensive than traditional web hosting.
Managed Services - IaaS

Disaster Recovery - IaaS
Managed Services is the practice of outsourcing the responsibility for maintaining, and anticipating need for, a range of processes and functions to improve operations and reduce expenses.
It is an alternative to the break/fix or on-demand outsourcing model where the service provider performs on-demand services and bills the customer only for the work done.
Disaster Recovery - IaaS
Disaster Recovery - IaaS
Disaster Recovery - IaaS
DRaaS involves a set of policies, tools and procedures to enable the recovery or continuation of vital technology infrastructure and systems following a natural or human-induced Disaster. Disaster recovery focuses on the IT or technology systems supporting critical business functions, as opposed to business continuity, which involves keeping all essential aspects of a business functioning despite significant disruptive events. Disaster recovery can therefore be considered a subset of business continuity.
